Due to the nature of the services provided at Fountain Point Surgery Center, in the event of a medical emergency, it is our policy to resuscitate all patients until care can be transferred to an acute care facility. A copy of the patient’s advanced directives document will accompany the patient upon transfer to an acute care facility. Because of this, if you have an advanced directive, please bring a copy of this to be placed within your medical record at Fountain Point Surgery Center.
